Check the preview
Read all names and tasks before printing. Make sure the first Monday and number of weeks match your plan. Long task labels can crowd a narrow printout, so shorten them while keeping the action clear. The editor rejects duplicate names and tasks that exceed its limits to avoid ambiguous rows.
Test print settings
Choose Print / save PDF, then inspect the browser print preview. Paper size, margins, and scaling vary by device. A chart covering many weeks can span pages. Try fewer weeks if you need the whole plan on one page. The browser can save a PDF; the site does not use a separate PDF conversion service.
Place it where it helps
Put a shared chart near the supplies or another place people already pass. If names or schedules should stay private, choose a less public spot. Keep a pen nearby if people will check boxes on paper. For a digital snapshot, download the HTML file to your own device.
Mark completion plainly
Use the checkbox beside each task as the job gets done. In the browser, click or use the keyboard to toggle a mark. A printed page can be marked by hand. The checkmarks reflect the current view; if you edit inputs, the chart regenerates and the prior marks are not stored automatically.
Replace older copies
When plans change, update the editor, print a new chart, and remove the previous one. A shared household needs one current reference. At the end of the planned weeks, create the next chart and discuss whether the task list still fits. Do not let a stale sheet quietly assign work after circumstances have changed.
